The CRD challenge is a FREE, 21-day bite-sized educational experience designed to teach you how to realign to nature’s rhythms and empower you to take back control over the destiny of your health and happiness.
|
The CRD Challenge consists of step-by-step educational materials, co-written by a team of circadian health experts, that will be delivered via a free Skool community app. The creators of the challenge believe that by providing you with first-hand experience of the power of simple circadian health practices, you can transform not only your life, but also the lives of your families and communities.
The challenge is to raise worldwide awareness of ALL the symptoms and diseases linked to Circadian Rhythm Disruption (CRD) and to provide science-based education and tools to empower you to improve your circadian health.
The Evidence is Mounting
Circadian processes are present at all times in every single cell, tissue, organ, and system of our bodies.
These rhythms impact our hunger, metabolism, body temperature, hormone and neurotransmitter production, the functioning of our heart, neuromuscular system, stress response, and immunity. Our circadian rhythm also controls aging through cellular recycling, repair, and replacement.
Decades of evidence show that Circadian Rhythm Disruption is now endemic. CRD is implicated in all chronic and many acute diseases across the lifespan. From infancy into childhood, through adolescence, adulthood, and into older age – the health of your circadian rhythm matters!
How different could your life be if you felt healthier and happier as a result of living in rhythm?

From our Sound Healer, Gaylene Bruce:
This month we’re focusing on integrating health into the holidays. Often a big factor in Halloween celebrations is sugar, which is something I have a love/hate relationship with. Most of the time I can be completely happy without it; other times, I get the craving and just have to indulge.
I have had one success story where sound baths have helped a client to stop smoking. I have not had the pleasure of helping someone with a sugar addiction, but that would be cool!
Let’s explore some of the signs of sugar addiction and how sound therapy can help stop the cravings.
AddictionCenter.com links the addictive properties of sugar to those of cocaine (although the effects are far diminished). Sugar “can create a spark of energy and a short-term high in the body”, warns the article, citing a dopamine release as the root cause of that “short-term high”. Though the “high” is short-term, the addictive properties of sugar can lead to long-term health effects like obesity and diabetes.
Signs of possible sugar addiction
Stopping sugar addiction may come with mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms. Sudden sugar withdrawal causes blood sugar levels to plummet, which can distress the body and lead to withdrawal symptoms like:
- Anxiety and depression
- Bloating and diarrhea
- Sugar cravings
- Salt cravings
- Chills or involuntary shaking
- Muscle aches
- Headaches
- Fatigue
- Nausea
- Mental fog
- Insomnia
- Poor skin health
In addition to pursuing the healing benefits of sound bath meditation, please consult your doctor with any questions regarding these symptoms or any other medical condition.
Addiction is a disease that affects the body, the mind, and the spirit. The energy of addiction is both negative and toxic. The stress that can manifest itself in recovery’s early stages can also cause cravings, intense emotions, and many negative physical symptoms. Sound bath meditation allows negative physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional energy to be released so that healing can begin. The primary function of sound healing is using vibrations to create change and healing in the mind and body, thereby helping the spirit heal. Sound waves interact with brain waves, which is how we hear. The sounds we hear have different frequencies, which can affect frequencies in the brain.
The restorative properties of sound allow balance to be regained on all levels. This therapy restores the connection to self, promoting self-esteem and allowing for healthy emotional expression.
I invite you to join us every New Moon for a soothing sound bath. If you are concerned that you may have a sugar addiction, let that be your intention for the session.
Join us November 1st from 6:30 - 7:30 PM for our next sound healing session.
If you are not a fan of group sessions, I also offer personal sessions that will be geared specifically to you. If you have questions, I can be contacted via email: gaylenebruce63@gmail.com.
Have a beautiful fall season!
Book a crystal healing session with Bethany Adams

A typical session with Bethany is done using quantum physics tools such as stones, crystals, and other earth elements.
Bethany will be here on November 1st, and there is still room on her schedule! Call or go online to book a session.
