👋 Say Hello to Tara Crader!

Please join us in welcoming Tara Crader, our amazing new receptionist! Tara has been with us for just over a month and already feels like part of the IHWC family. She brings kindness, professionalism, and her own unique flair to the front desk—and she’s also training to become a billing specialist for Integrative Physical Therapy. We’re so grateful to have Tara on board and look forward to all the ways she’ll continue to grow with us.

We’re thrilled to have Tara as part of the IHWC family—not only at the front desk, but also as a compassionate healer in her own right. Tara brings heart and purpose to everything she does, and we thought you'd enjoy getting to know her a little better, in her own words.

💫 A Personal Note from Tara

Hello beautiful souls,

I’m Tara Crader, a wife, mother of four, and a woman deeply rooted in the wild, expansive beauty of Eastern Oregon, where I grew up. My love for nurturing life—whether it’s my family, a garden, or the women around me—has shaped every step of my journey.

As a lifelong lover of books and all things that grow, I’ve always been drawn to the quiet wisdom of nature and the deep healing that comes from connection—both with ourselves and with each other. This calling has led me to pursue a path as a Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Healer, and Tarot Guide. I'm currently immersed in my studies, learning and expanding so I can better serve the women I feel called to support.

My heart's vision is to create a sacred space where women come together to heal, rise, and stand fully in their power. Through retreats, workshops, and one-on-one guidance, I hope to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom, shed what no longer serves them, and step boldly into the lives they were born to lead.

Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or you're looking to deepen your connection with yourself and others, I’m honored to walk beside you.

With love and light,

Tara Crader

Healing. Growing. Rising—Together.

As nature blooms and everything around us springs into balance, I encourage you to embark on the transformative journey of aligning your mind, body, and energy. Imagine stepping into a serene space where the gentle vibrations of sound healing guide you inward, enveloping you in serenity. This practice not only honors the wisdom of ancient cultures but also offers a modern approach to self-care, creating a sanctuary for reflection and growth.

Whether through a sound healing session or by integrating simple holistic practices into your routine, finding ways to thrive in harmony and balance is undoubtedly worthwhile. You deserve some extra love and self-care. Let us spring forward together into a season of health, vitality, and connection. Our next sound healing session is on June 10th, and I hope to see you there! 🌷Isabella Nemec

Quantum Corner

Your Body Is a Quantum Computer

Did you know your body operates like a highly advanced quantum computer? Every stimulus from the outside world—sound, light, touch, emotion—is received by your body as data. Your brain functions as the processor, interpreting and responding, while your body stores that data—especially in your DNA and the structured water within your cells. This includes not just information, but also emotional experiences and trauma, which can become trapped in the body if not fully processed. When the body undergoes stress or injury, it often “walls off” the affected area as a protective measure—but unless that data (trauma) is released, it stays locked in, disrupting the flow of energy and balance ("dis-ease").

Your nervous system acts like Ethernet cables, transmitting electrical signals, while your fascia—the web of connective tissue surrounding everything—functions like a fiber optic network, carrying light-based data (biophotons) throughout the body. Trauma and tension are often stored in this fascia, which can block or distort that flow of information. True healing happens through movement, sound, light, water, and intentional rest—tools that help restore flow and allow the body to release stored trauma. As water-based beings, we are designed for flow, not stagnation.

Yes—you can release your trauma, reconnect with your body, and return to a state of vibrant, flowing wellness.

We look forward to offering movement classes in the future with a focus on fascial flow. Until then, please take a look at the resources below to help yourself release the tension and trauma in your body.

🏢Expansion Update! 🌿 Something New is Blooming at Integrative Health & Wellness Center

As we announced last month, we are expanding the wellness center into the building next door!

We’re excited to be weaving deeper connections with Wild Lotus Wellness & Yoga Studio and also with Energy Medicine Practitioner Misty Fowlds as we continue to expand our vision of integrative care.

We're actively working on securing the new building for our upcoming expansion, and we’re planning to remodel this summer to improve and refresh the space. This expansion will allow us to offer even more wellness services, including a yoga studio, and to create a vibrant community space for healing and connection.

We are also very excited to share that we are collaborating with Misty Fowlds, as we work to create the ✨ Integrative Wellness Collective ✨.

The Integrative Wellness Collective is a heart-led online space (coming soon) where you’ll be able to stay connected with your favorite IHWC providers, explore monthly offerings, and find community with others on their wellness journey—both near and far.

More details to unfold in the months ahead. 💛
