Welcome Our New Licensed Clinical Social Worker Brittany Jarrett!!
We are excited to welcome a new Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to the Integrative Health & Wellness Center community. As our center continues to grow, we are committed to offering services that support the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - and we are thrilled to expand our mental health offerings.
Our newest provider brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to care and offers counseling services for individuals seeking support, healing, and personal growth. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that can help individuals process trauma, reduce emotional distress, and move toward greater resilience and wellbeing.
We look forward to sharing more about her background, specialties, and services in the coming weeks. In the meantime, please join us in giving her a warm welcome to our wellness community!

We’re excited to welcome Cory Jonas to our wellness team!
🌿Cory is a certified instructor through the Oregon Health Authority in Yang
Style Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance. With years of experience teaching and sharing the benefits of Tai Chi, Cory brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and passion to every class.
His background includes training under master instructor Suman Barkhas, director of the Holistic Healing Institute in Eugene, where he earned his instructor certification. Cory also spent around two years teaching Dr. Fuzhong Li’s “Moving for Better Balance” program at the YMCA in Baker City, helping participants improve balance, confidence, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether you’re brand new to Tai Chi or looking to continue your practice, Cory’s welcoming approach makes this class accessible for all levels.

Gentle Power of Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on healing modality designed to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function. Using a light touch, practitioners work with the craniosacral system - the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord - to help release restrictions, reduce tension, and encourage overall wellness.
