🌞 Freedom to Heal, Space to Grow
Healing begins the moment we give ourselves permission to slow down, listen inward, and grow.
July often brings thoughts of freedom - freedom to gather, celebrate, travel, and soak in the warmth of summer. But what if we also allowed ourselves the freedom to pause?
Freedom can look like saying yes to rest. It can mean creating space to heal, to breathe deeper, to reconnect with your body, and to honor what you truly need in this season of life.
Growth doesn’t always happen in big, dramatic moments. Sometimes it unfolds quietly - in the stillness of a sauna session, the release of bodywork, the calm after craniosacral therapy, or the simple act of slowing down long enough to listen inward.
This month, we invite you to make space for yourself. To release what no longer serves you, restore what feels depleted, and remember that healing isn’t something you have to earn - it’s something you deserve.
Here’s to finding freedom in feeling better, growing gently, and embracing the fullness of summer wellness.
📗Journal Prompt:
What would healing look like if you gave yourself full permission to slow down and receive support? What is one thing you are ready to release this season to create more space for growth, peace, or joy?

Grand Opening!
Welcome Our New Licensed Clinical Social Worker Brittany Jarrett!!
We are excited to welcome a new Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to the Integrative Health & Wellness Center community. As our center continues to grow, we are committed to offering services that support the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - and we are thrilled to expand our mental health offerings.
Our newest provider brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to care and offers counseling services for individuals seeking support, healing, and personal growth. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that can help individuals process trauma, reduce emotional distress, and move toward greater resilience and wellbeing.
We look forward to sharing more about her background, specialties, and services in the coming weeks. In the meantime, please join us in giving her a warm welcome to our wellness community!

What's new with Cheyenne?
Hey everyone, Cheyenne here!
As many of you know, I wear quite a
few hats here at Integrative Health &
Wellness, and I wanted to share some exciting things I’ve been working on behind the scenes.
This spring I completed my first year of college, working toward my
Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Wellness and Integrative Health. I also recently completed an Ayurvedic Postpartum Care training, deepening my passion for supporting mothers through the sacred postpartum window.
In addition, I’ve been immersed in a beautiful nine-month training program focused entirely on feminine health and wellness. This work centers around helping women cultivate a deeper relationship with their bodies, reconnect with their womb space, and embrace holistic approaches to feminine care and healing.
Next month I’ll be traveling to Austin, Texas, for an intensive week of hands-on training. I’ll be diving deeper into somatic practices, womb massage, Taoist breast massage, pelvic health, herbal support, energetic healing, and hands-on bodywork. I am incredibly excited to continue expanding my education so I can bring these offerings back to our community.
I’m also currently developing a Prenatal Yoga Series that will be offered at Wild Lotus Wellness Studio inside Integrative Health & Wellness. We hope to launch in late summer. If you’re an expecting mama and would like to be added to the waitlist, please call the office.
In the meantime, you can find me teaching Buti Yoga on Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Yin Yoga on Sundays at 3:00 PM. Or you may catch me behind the scenes helping keep our float tank running smoothly!
Thank you all for supporting my journey. I look forward to sharing more as these new offerings continue to unfold.
With love,
Cheyenne
